This statement generates fascination for me, as I have experienced the feeling of some brands reading my mind. It is primarily due to the inclination and connection I feel toward them. This emotional bond with them is what triggered my purchase decision. The relationship and the proximity of my values, personality traits, ideals, and beliefs with the brand essence, triggers my decision to acquire a product, and I would think of a large part of the consumers in the world.

VR provides valuable data and insights that can be used to refine further and improve movements and ad experiences. High fashion companies are also using Virtual Reality to launch fashion shows while their audience is just sitting at home, so it reaches more audiences because a traditional fashion show takes place in a space with limited capacity for people to attend. I do not just want to sell a product, but I want to sell a unique experience and feeling. Our future goals would be to make our posts more interactive with the customers. VR can help my design team a lot in terms of designing apparel aligned with my vision and industry trends. Growing up in my business was not easy.
Medousza has been in the market for around two years. However, it wasn't as well-known as it is now in my country's market. This was due to not having a clear idea of what we wanted it to be. It was the first time starting a project of my own. Although I had been working with different brands, it was the first time I created a brand on my own.
Indeed, we needed to sit down one year after starting this project to focus our ideas better and create a marketing plan. The ideas were there, but there was no coordination or thread to tie them together. After sitting down and finally getting a better understanding of our focus, we realized the importance of the micro-elements in our brand. These features are essential to creating powerful messages and more effective targeted campaigns to reach our desired audience. Nowadays, the brand is doing much better; we finally have the feeling that the brand is going the right way. Since we already have a clear vision, our communication is much more effective. Understanding the importance of the features has helped us increase our engagement.

In creating my video, choosing a theme that most resonated with my audience was essential.
Understanding the needs and interests of the audience I wanted to reach was crucial because I wanted my video advertisement to be tailored to what my target market wanted to see. In addition, I want to create a lasting successful impression.
Once I clearly understood my audience, I could define how I wanted my message delivered to them.
Selecting the communication elements that fit my intended message and my target audience was challenging. Still, with some analysis, I chose the formats that best shaped the message I wanted to deliver.
In creating an engaging video, it's essential to understand the importance of these elements truly. Before, I needed to analyze which pieces fit best with the intended message. This lack of understanding of how the elements worked resulted in low engagement and bad outcomes. Now I understand it is not just adding whatever music or animation to your videos, but it is about deeply understanding which best fits the intended message. For example, I learned that telling the right story dramatically increased the engagement of my audience and resulted in more sales. Of course, the communication elements are very extended. Still, as soon as your domain them, you will be able to understand better the communication process and improve the effectiveness of your videos.

I launched a brand a couple of months ago, and the first question I asked myself was,
how can I make my customers loyal? Why would customers prefer my brand over the
competition?
Throughout the process of creating and maintaining a brand, I have realized how
important it is to understand what sets me apart from the competition. I knew I needed
to understand how customers' mindsets worked to better grasp their buyer journey.
What is the customer's journey? The customer journey when making a purchase is the
overall experience, they undergo in the purchasing process. As a business owner and a
customer, myself, I understand how crucial this process is. It can either lead to returning
customers or result in losing them.
This process must be handled with greatest care. People typically expect satisfaction
with their purchase. In this journey, every little detail can either benefit or harm your
brand.For example:
Rocio is a returning customer of my brand, and is also a great friend of mine, couple
weeks ago I was analyzing her customer journey process toward my brand.
Awareness
Rocio began exploring the website page and noticed it is vibrant and very user-friendly,
which she likes. She needs a dress for a special occasion she has been invited to and
appreciates the variety offered on the page. She particularly likes the dress offered by
the brand and its pricing, but what she truly appreciates is the personalized customer
service of the brand. She also notices the brand is gaining popularity and is more
attracted to it.
Decision
She decides to take about a week to consider other options. She finds the perfect dress
with affordable pricing that aligns with her needs and interests and decides to move
forward with the brand.
Purchase
She decides to purchase the dress and receives a thank-you email along with
promotions, styling tips, and suggestions for accessorizing her new dress. She is
impressed by the brand's attention to detail and feels valued as a customer.
When analyzing Rocio’s customer journey and learning about what works best for her,
understanding what she appreciates, needs, and is interested in is crucial for my brand.
As both a brand and customers, it's important to grasp my customers' preferences and
behaviors. For my business, I aim to acquire as many customers as possible.
Therefore, I must truly understand the customer journey of each of my customers and
create a customer journey map to better understand how customers perceive my brand.
Additionally, I plan to follow up on media reviews, implement customer feedback
surveys after each purchase, and train my customer service team with this information
to stay updated on what would make my business better and improve its performance.
